Jumping into spring

I am so excited about the summer term! We were back with a bang this week and the vibe across all of our classes was fabulous. Welcome back to all of our pupils in Kingston and Cheam!

The theme for this term is party|! We are dancing to modern songs and celebrating summer with up upbeat tracks and the modern version of Annie in our Musical Performance class. The children are loving it and so are we!

We celebrated the start of the new term with a fun photo shoot in Kingston Town Centre on the Riverside and on the bridge! Check out our instagram to see more pics @dynamicdancestudios

Acrobatic Arts

We are so excited about launching our new Acro classes This summer! look out for more info on our brand new Acrobatic arts classes opening in Kingston this June.

It's not too late to join us for the summer term, just drop us an email and book your child in for a free trial class. We offer modern dance, tap, musical theatre, pre- school and advanced classes!

Easter Hop

As quick as flash our spring term is over and we are here at the start of the Easter holidays.

We've had an eventful term with lots of new little dancers emerging through our doors so we are feeling excited for the summer term.

We have spent the last term working with two Secondary Schools; for a dance show held annually at Lady Margret in Fulham and more locally to us at TKA (The Kingston Academy) working on there Going Beyond programme.

Dance Education in Schools is something we are passionate about, Performing Arts has a place as relevant as the academic subjects for students development.

We are looking forward to a transformation of our brand over the coming months. Our current logo has been with us for almost ten years so we are excited to have a new face for Dynamic and shake up some of the functions of our studio.

I'm looking forward to the summer months and some warmer weather, I think everyone is ready to see the back of these cold days and nasty viruses that have been lingering around!

The Greatest Dancer

Happy New Year!

It may be almost the end of January (and oh my how long does this month feel?!) but it's the first time I have blogged so a very Happy New Year to you all; wishing you a wonderful year filled with health and happiness.

What a start to the year we've had!

The Greatest Dancer kicked off on BBC1 on 5th January and featured on Episode one was Andrew who was part of our Dance School for several years.

We were Andrews first Dance School and he was part of the Cheam School for several years until he went onto train full time at The Orpheus centre in 2016.

He danced many solos in our shows and even made a guest appearance at our TEN show last May!

Andrews appearance on TGD really touched the nation and the support from the public has been overwhelming for Andrew and his mum Donna. I loved how everyone really got to see Andrew come alive and showcase his true self and his skills. Cheryl was right when she said that he 'Thrives on an audience'!

Andrew has a gift of really feeling the music and connecting with his audience, he is incredibly talented and deserves all of his success.

He is already inspiring so many people including our own young dancers.
