Dance..
This year has had a great start with our show at the end of
January ‘Bright Lights’ which we held at the John McIntosh Arts centre in
Fulham. So much work goes into a big production like this with the
choreography, rehearsals, visual and set design as well as
co-ordinating the show day so everything runs smoothly. The end result is
always worth it and it was an amazing show, all of my dancers did great. Highlights of the show for everyone seemed to be the opening routine
performed with hand lights which looked awesome and also the Thriller finale. Having
all of the dancers from 4 years up to 18 on stage performing at the same time
had great impact. I’m already planning our summer production so watch out for
news on that!
I’m loving 'Got to dance' and 'Ashley Banjo’s secret street
crew' at the moment on sky one. He’s an amazing choreographer and always
inspires me. It’s great to see more
dance shows on TV highlighting the benefits of dance and showing how rewarding
it can be.
